Multi-faceted Real Estate Firm seeks experienced Commercial Property Manager with a technical background to manage a multi-office building portfolio in Philadelphia area.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years property management experience – Commercial Property Management experience preferred
* Technical repair background – we are looking for someone who will not mind getting a little dirty sometimes (capable of changing A/C filters, switching out an outlet, etc.)
* Highly organized with strict attention to detail
* Leadership skills with the ability to successfully communicate with all levels of employees
* 4-year degree preferred
